Discovery is the initial step to transition you to the technical implementation and training process. During
Discovery, you will be introduced to your Anthology onboarding team who will get to know your campus team and your primary goals. Together, your team and your consultant will create configuration recommendations, develop a training plan, and establish a timeline that aligns with your campus implementation goals.

- Meet your onboarding team
- Review your current practices and processes
- Set goals and define success criteria
- Develop timeline and onboarding Success Plan including training schedules, onboarding strategies, and launch timelines.
To help prepare for Discovery, our Education team has created a series of Pre-Discovery Worksheets that can be completed by campus stakeholders. These worksheets will help capture some campus information. This information, paired with information prepared during the Sales process, will allow your onboarding consultant to start discovery and research immediately. Filling out these worksheets will help accelerate your onboarding experience and provide a quicker path to value.
