What are the responsibilities of a Baseline Primary Contact?
This role is responsible for the direction and goals of assessment on campus and will provide guidance to Baseline users as to why and to what end they should be using the Baseline tool to collect and analyze data. They should have a good understanding of the Assessment Cycle and their campus' strategic or assessment plan. They should be able to articulate clear expectations to their users as to the quality, quantity, and format that they intend to review survey assessment data. They are likely to serve as a Site Administrator as well.

What is the level of involvement and time commitment of a Baseline Primary Contact in onboarding and implementation?
This person is expected to support decisions around access to survey data and strategies around the process of survey data collection and administration. They should expect to have multiple conversations with the Campus Labs consultant to outline the best workflow and permissions goals for their data collection, analysis, and request processes.

What is the level of involvement and time commitment of a Baseline Primary Contact after launch?
The Primary Contact will be a contact point on campus for users as well as a contact point for Campus Labs Consultants for regular check-ins around meeting assessment goals, product updates, and product communications. This person will also be expected to support the outreach and coordination for the campus interest in participation in benchmarking opportunities including Project CEO and NASPA Consortium Surveys.
Baseline Survey Site Administrator
What are the responsibilities of a Baseline Site Administrator?
This product-specific role is responsible for overseeing survey assessment activity and managing users and permissions for the entire organization in Baseline. They will be expected to notify their dedicated Baseline Support Specialist at Campus Labs of any changes to their org chart. They orient and onboard new users on campus to the tool post-onboarding.

What is the level of involvement and time commitment of a Baseline Site Administrator after launch?
The Site Administrator will be a contact point on campus for users as well as a contact point for Campus Labs regarding product updates and product communications. This person will be responsible for permissions updates and may also manage the on-going review of surveys based on your campuses process. In coordination with the Primary Contact, this person may also support the participation and coordination of involvement in benchmarking surveys, data analysis, and participation in the Campus Labs community projects sharing space.
Baseline Rubrics Administrator
What are the responsibilities of a Baseline Rubrics Site Administrator?
This role is responsible for overseeing rubric assessment activity and managing users, and coordination of efforts around the aggregation of data within the rubrics ecosystem. If your campus is using an LMS integration with Rubrics, this person is also expected to serve as a liaison with the LMS provider and the faculty experience around the use of the LMS and Rubrics integration. They orient and onboard new users on campus to the tool post-onboarding.
